Neil Jesani – President and CEO
With the goal of establishing BeamaLife as America’s premier life insurance product distribution company, Neil Jesani has sharpened BeamaLife’s strategic focus and concentrated on “finding lowest term and permanent life insurance premium policies”, “unbiased and expert financial advice by experienced and top advisers”, and the “ease of buying life insurance products over phone and internet”. Jesani is leading the E-commerce revolution in life insurance industry. Jesani began his career as an authorized financial consultant with Eagle Star International/Zurich Insurance Company in Dubai after earning his MBA in finance in Gujarat, India. He moved to CitiBank Dubai as a banker/sales manager before immigrating to the United States. In the United States, he worked with Cowan Financial Group/Mass Mutual Financial Group as the Managing Director. Jesani has earned numerous high performance awards though out his career. He has built, managed & developed a successful team of financial advisers and sales superstars. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and recognized by the Consumers’ Research Council of America as one of “America’s Top Financial Planners”. Jesani contributes articles and financial advice to the top publications within mainstream financial and Indian communities. Jesani continues to aim high, striving to make a difference in the lives of fellow Americans by creating solid risk management and wealth creation planning. Jesani has been married for over 15 years, has two children, and unreservedly considers his family as his greatest achievement.
Peter Colon – Vice President, Business Development
Peter Colon is a young visionary that has been recognized in the financial services and insurance industry as being a leader in the integration of insurance sales through a fulfillment call center model, having at times managed over 100 people at once. As both a financial services and call center operations expert, Colon has streamlined and enhanced the life insurance sales process within the call center, also marrying traditional face-to-face life insurance sales tactics with the modern of technology. Colon has honed his craft and gained a font of knowledge at AXA Advisors, Miami FL, Max Value Insurance Group Pinecrest, FL. He then went on to become one of the founders and managing members of Access Health Insurance, LLC and was an integral part in the start up of this health & life insurance agency-call center.

Sally Bhaidani – Vice President, Operations
Sally Bhaidani focuses on reducing the cycle time of life insurance policy underwriting and issuance, using her organizational and technological skills to streamline the process for all life insurance companies. Bhaidani began her career as an accountant earning her Masters in Accounting in Gujarat, India. She has taught accountancy at college level and also completed her courses for her CPA. Bhaidani is very active in her community, especially in the field of education and the PTA. She has been publicly recognized on “Cambridge Who’s Who” list for her business acumen.

Sam Thayil is a CPA and veteran financial accounting master. Before starting on the path of financial planning and accounting consulting, he earned multiple degrees, including his MBA from Long Island University. For almost 20 years, he worked for a variety of different accounting and financial firms, using his detailed knowledge of business and finance to help others achieve their personal finance goals. Thayil is senior member of BeamaLife management team. Thayil is making a difference in BeamaLife’s bottom line by making difference in our accounting and financial management systems every day.
